Return & Handling Policy Extended
We aim to make returns fair and transparent, while maintaining the quality and hygiene standards our customers expect. Please carefully review the following terms before placing an order or requesting a return.
Restocking & Handling Fee
All returned items are subject to a 15% restocking and handling fee, which will be deducted from any refund or store credit issued.
This fee covers:
Product inspection for quality and functionality
Sanitization and hygienic processing
Repackaging and operational costs
Refunds vs. Store Credit
Orders purchased at full price (no promo codes or discounts) may be eligible for a refund, minus the 15% restocking fee.
Orders placed using any discount code, promotion, or bundle deal are eligible for store credit only — not a monetary refund.
Store credit issued:
Will reflect the order total minus the 15% restocking fee
Is non-refundable once used
Cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another customer
Returns Paid with Store Credit
If you used store credit to place your order:
You may return the item for store credit only
The 15% restocking fee will still applyReturn shipping is the customer’s responsibility,
unless the item was defective or incorrect
Once store credit is used on a purchase, it is considered final and cannot be refunded or reversed
Upgrades and Exchanges
Want to switch to a different model?
You may use store credit toward an upgrade at any time
If upgrading, the price difference must be paid at checkout
Items being returned in an upgrade must meet return standards, and the customer is still responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective
Return Conditions & Approval Timeline
All returns must meet the following conditions:
The item must be postmarked within 45 days of delivery (as reported by tracking)
The product must be returned in original packaging, with all parts and accessories included.
The item must be free of excessive wear, damage, or modifications
Once received, returns are inspected within 14 business days. If approved, your refund or store credit will be issued per the terms above.
Return Shipping Responsibility
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping on all non-defective items. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for lost return shipments.
